It's a convenient way to prebook your parking, until you're leaving the airport and your card gets double-billed and no one is available to come to the phone and resolve the situation. It's the 21st century. Can you guys really not link with NTTA so I don't have to spend tomorrow morning on the phone fixing this again? I've used this service three times and this problem has happened twice now.
