Terrible app. Takes forever to load information when you open the app and most of the time it stays on that screen forever. When it does load, it's so glitchy. Idk why they even offer it.

Zero Stars. Straight Garbage. This app constantly crashes and takes a very long time to load. Its not worth it to file a claim on the app. Use the website.

This app has not been working for weeks. I received letters to submit receipts but once im logged in the screen is blank. No options to click. Can't even review claims that have been paid.

This app really needs some work done. Before you start wondering if you forgot your password and want to change it, most possible cause it's that the app is so buggy that it doesn't even let you sign in. I want to make a claim for a payment I made at the dentist and it's so hard to do it via the app, or even sometimes the web browser.
