Good idea but two critical issues. 1. Why do you need the national ID? By the data protection act you are not supposed to request for data that's not required for you to process information. 2. It's not multi user. You cannot work in teams. If the code is open source please publish link I make my contributions

A very good app for records. But it needs an edit button let's say when you input the wrong record.
