Faster unlocking: checking your password is much quicker, especially on older phones. The tree on the login screen and the branch on the overview use less battery and stand still in battery saver mode.
Photo vault & file safe: hide photos, videos, documents. Offline, no ads.
🔐 YOUR VAULT. NOTHING ELSE. Hide photos, lock videos away, encrypt documents: a photo vault that does exactly one thing. Your private files stay encrypted on your device. No ads. No tracking. No account. No cloud. The hidden gallery sits behind a password and your fingerprint. Anyone picking up your phone will not see it. On the home screen the icon can look like a calculator. Other vault apps push you into an account, run banner ads and ask for a subscription. Vault Pure needs none of that. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔒 ACTUALLY ENCRYPTED • AES-256-GCM on every single file • Tampered files are detected when opened and rejected, not handed back silently altered • Your password is never stored, not even as a hash • Locking the app drops the key from memory • Hiding is not encrypting: many apps only rename files. This one does not. 🖼️ PRIVATE GALLERY • Import photos and videos straight into encryption (free up to 50, unlimited with Pro) • Albums, sorting and search • Full screen with pinch zoom • Encrypted video playback inside the app, seeking included 🔑 RECOVERY KEY • Forgot your password? The recovery key gets you back into your vault • Shown once and stored nowhere • Included at no extra cost. Losing access to your own photos is not a premium problem. 🚫 UNINSTALL PROTECTION • Someone who steals your phone cannot simply delete the app: Android refuses to uninstall it until you switch the protection off yourself • Optional, off by default, removable at any time 👆 FINGERPRINT • Biometric unlock through the Android keystore • Optional, switch it off any time ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⭐ PRO: ONE-TIME PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION The free version holds up to 50 photos and videos. Whatever is already inside always stays accessible. ♾️ UNLIMITED • Photos and videos without a cap 📄 FILE VAULT • PDFs, documents, ID cards, contracts, any file type • Opens safely in other apps without leaving a plaintext copy behind • Save recordings from the Diktiergerät Pur app straight into the vault 🗑️ RECYCLE BIN • Deleted photos stay recoverable for 30 days • Delete permanently with one tap 🎭 DECOY VAULT • A second password opens a harmless looking vault • The app never shows whether a decoy is set up. If it did, anyone examining your device could read it too. 📸 INTRUSION DETECTION • Front camera photo on failed unlock attempts • Stored encrypted, never leaves the device • Log with timestamps 🎨 THEMES AND DISGUISES • AMOLED black, ocean blue, sunset orange • Disguise the app icon as a calculator, notes, weather or clock ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🛡️ PRIVACY • No Firebase, no analytics SDK, no advertising ID • No sign-up, no account, no email address • Internet is used only for the one-time Pro purchase • Your data is excluded from Android's automatic backup • GDPR compliant, built in Germany ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ❓ COMMON QUESTIONS How do I hide photos on my phone? Import them into the vault. They are encrypted on the way in and removed from your normal gallery. No renaming, no hidden folder that any file manager can walk into. What is free, what is Pro? Free: up to 50 photos and videos, albums, recovery key, fingerprint. Pro (one-time): unlimited photos and videos, file vault, recycle bin, decoy vault, intrusion detection, themes. Whatever is already in the vault always stays accessible. What if I forget my password? That is what the recovery key is for. Write it down during setup and keep it away from the device. Do I need an internet connection? No. The app works entirely offline. Only the one-time Pro purchase goes through Google Play. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Vault Pure is made by Digitale Manufaktur Rudolstadt, an independent studio in Thuringia, Germany.
