Hi Ryan! Happy to share that the First Foods Database is a free resource! When the paywall opens, you can simply click the “x” and navigate to the “Foods” tab to access the free database. Here you can find nutrition, choking, allergen, and how to prep info for 500+ foods. Hope this helps.🤍

I thought the subscription was way too much money and tried to get through the first month's of solids on my own. I wish I had paid sooner. I feel confident introducing foods. the app helps me keep allergens in the mix, has videos so we know what to expect. when the little celebration screens come up for milestones it feels like I'm getting a little pat on the back. this is well worth the cost! they listen to feedback and I hope to see a way to block less common allergies from the mix like oats

everything is behind a pay wall you can't even see or look at something to see if it is the right thing to use without paying, to know if it is worth paying for.

Subscription is expensive and you can only use like 1% of the app without one. 👎👎👎

"free app" its entirely pay walled. it should not be advertised as free at all.
