Very disappointing experience. The customer support doesn't know how to handle customer queries. I was given a tracking ID that didn't work, and I kept receiving different explanations instead of a clear update. This made me lose trust in the company. I also noticed many other customers sharing similar complaints in the Instagram comments. Overall, this was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I would not recommend this store.
