Literal garbage service I broker insurance for a living and deter every single client from Viper when asked about its quality. I've probably deterred 1,000 people from buying your product.
SmartStart App no longer has notifications to my phone for alerts. They are now missing in the app! WTH?? Last update had notification options in android app info.

this app is incredible! I mean we have had linkR for like 6 years now and we have to pay an annual fee to use it! Vipor doesn't charge you a thing to use theirs I will be on my viper from now on and let me tell you it works flawlessly! and I'm talking about from download to activating it to your car it is seamless! one of the best seamless compatible products I have ever seen work.
great app. great for starting the car to cool during the summer. app is very responsive at this time of posting.
Great app.. however, every now and then I get no response when I check the GPS for my cars location.
