hello I've had boost for a 4yrs great service! no problems and I'm very comfortable I really like the service! 5stars 🌠 still with boost love the company,great customer service and never have phone problems... why go anywhere else I will be here a long while! thanks Boost!

everytime I try and login it says it sends code to phone number but nothing is showing up so I can't login ,change or even cancel boost mobile

Fix your damn app! every time I try to log on it opens a browser, I put in my info, then it says redirecting to app and then never does, just sits there till I lose my temper. Please fix this.

Slowed my data speed before I even hit my limit. Boost itself has terrible customer service. I had the insurance on my old phone, called them to use it, only got HALF the value of the phone as credit. I asked them to send me the address thing so I could send it in to them and was told I didn't have to. I was recording the conversation and asked again just to be safe, told them same thing. A week later they charge my account for what was credited to me and had a woman yelling over the phone tryin

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! These people tried to hustle me for $4. My bill was due today and they suspended the line before I could even make my *USUAL ROUTINE* payment. I couldn't even see how much the bill was! I'm definitely switching to another service ASAP!
