This app is nice when it wants to be. But it freezes, makes it look like all the credentials have been taken off (my user name and password) unless I pause the app. Then at a certain time of morning around 1 am it has "unexpected errors" And I had to look up on Google how to use some of the features.
Works every time.

This is the best banking app I have used so far! The only bad thing was the last update. I can no longer open the app or receive transaction notifications for some reason. Update: App still does not work?

This app used to be 5 stars... but now the app won't even open. I can't give 5 stars to something that can't be used.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any frustration. Android requires strict security standards, and we update our app regularly to protect your information. Please ensure your device is running the latest Android version, or contact us so we can help find a solution.
There seems to be more times than not that the app will not let you log in.When you put in your password it just erases it and starts over in a never ending cycle. Then in the app I have about 50% luck with mobile deposit, I will pay special attention to every detail making sure there is no reason that it won't work. Then about half of the time it will work and the other half it will not. I am not very impressed with whoever made the app for D.L Evans Bank. Not many issues with other Bank Apps.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Our app must meet Android’s current security and compatibility requirements, and some older devices no longer support these standards. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide a secure banking experience.
