I have been able to use this app before. However, now after I reinstalled it, the start button is unresponsive, meaning I can't use the app. Also, sometimes, when I try to open the app, it says that an unexpected error has occurred.

don't get it. it's a scam. it barely worked actually it didn't work at all. a totally useless app. Don't recommend.
