CompareOpen in Google PlayIt is not reliable. I advise to make a copy from a screenshot of your work permit everytime you get it renewed. It is irresponsible to claim to have an online version for such an important document and then have it randomly break.

error, can't open
Terrible. I re-installed the app on my new phone 3 years after getting my digital work permit issued and it's basically impossible to login using the exact same credential of the email that was sent after completing the WP process at the BOI. I tried to open the app on my former phone to at least take a copy of the document which was accessible by scanning the QR code and even this doesn't seems to work anymore. Quite a bummer for all administrative processes that require a certificate!

This app is totally futile. I was one of the first adopters since they introduced it ~7 years ago, and it NEVER worked. I mean the app works fine, but it doesn't work socially, politically, legally. Most people don't know what is it, and places where you could use the booklet won't accept it (banks to open account, Land Transportation Dept. to renew driving license, etc), doh... obviously the booklet had the address inside, here you still need to get proof of residency from immigration/embassy).
