SeatDraft 1.0: a seating chart maker for weddings and events, right on your phone. Place round, banquet, and head tables, paste your guest list, and every name appears in the Unassigned panel at once. Drag names onto seats and pair up guests who should sit together. Then export the floor plan with an A–Z Find Your Seat list as one PDF, or save a PNG image. No account, no server. Your guest list is stored only on this phone, and you can save a backup file anytime.

Two weeks out, and you're still counting who doesn't have a seat yet. SeatDraft turns that spreadsheet-and-napkin routine into a few drags. HOW IT WORKS - Paste your guest list or import a CSV. Names land in the Unassigned list right away. - Plus-ones written as "+1" or "&" split into two guests automatically. Pair couples or a parent and child so seating one of them reserves the seat next door. - Drop round, banquet, and head tables onto the floor plan and set how many seats each one has. - Drag a name to a seat. The seated and unassigned counts update on the spot, and a full table stops you before you overbook it. - Prefer tapping? Tap a name, then tap a seat. Same result. EXPORT AND SHARE - PDF: page one is the floor plan, page two is "Find Your Seat (A-Z)", sorted by last name so guests and venue staff can look themselves up. - PNG Image: just the floor plan, ready for a text or an email. - Send either one anywhere through the share sheet. YOUR GUEST LIST STAYS WITH YOU There is no account to create and no server on the other end. The app makes no network requests, so it works the same in a basement ballroom with no signal. The only copies of your list that exist outside the app are the PDF, PNG, and backup files you choose to export. Switching phones? Export a backup, import it on the new one. Done with the event? Delete all data from Settings and start fresh. TRY IT FIRST The app opens with a sample wedding already set up, so you can place tables and seat a few names before touching your own list. A home screen widget shows how many guests are still unassigned without opening the app. FREE, WITH NO CATCH No guest limit. No paid exports. No ads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Dark theme and larger text sizes are supported, and TalkBack users can pick a name and seat it without dragging.
