worst experience for delivery i have ordered products on 14th October , it 30 oct today I haven't received my order the order is prepaid what can I do now as the refund process is also slow please deliver the product on time

Worst experience! I placed an order on 28th October, and after keeping it unprocessed for 3 days, Dot & Key cancelled it automatically without any reason. What makes it worse is that I had to place this second order because my previous order was also never delivered to me! Your customer support is completely useless as it is fully automated with AI bots, and there are no real human agents to help or answer why my orders are constantly failing. I want my products and a clear explanation for these
