Dotloop/Zillow is nothing but a bunch of thieves. They take agents' copyrighted photos, listing descriptions, and hard work, then turn around and profit from it while selling the very leads those listings generate. Agents spend the time and money creating the content, and Zillow cashes in. I can't wait for the day they're finally held accountable for these damaging business practices. DO NOT SUPPORT YOUR OWN DEMISE, THEY ARE TRYING TO ERASE US!!!!

absolutely horrible accessibility. every time I need to sign in I get an error message. reset PW, error message again.

On the laptop Dotloop is a headache to log in and use, but the app is completely unusable because the log in process jumps from Email to app and back again only to show an error message.

Way to much to list. definitely not user or client friendly.
Zillow cares more about milking agents than providing a usable app. This garbage app is basically useless. I've never seen such a complete and total disaster.

Not getting notifications on Pixel 2. This is a very important basic feature for this app. I have emailed support, because I don't like to give negative feedback. But, got no response. Edit: 7 years later and this app is still terrible. Downloaded documents do not save in my phone. Really worthless. I have to keep my laptop on me to get Dotloop to work properly, and even then....

simple functions such as save don't work like any other app on Android. when you're viewing a document and you tell it to download then you have to go to the Android notification for the download and open that. then tell it which app to open up and then find in that app a mechanism to save to the device. whoever thought this was a good workflow should seriously consider. never touching an electronic device again

App doesn't download anymore. Click download but file doesn't download.
Use this app if you don't want to sign documents. It zooms in instead of putting your signature.
