shipping is slow- not speaking of pre-order items. Took over 9 days to process and they are trying to say it has been partially shipped even though it is saying the entire order is still processing with no tracking number. *through the app

Be careful when dealing with this company. Customer service is ridiculously poor - they may not even be an actual company. I made an order, paid of course, and when the order did not arrive they refused to refund money - just continuously put me off. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! There should be an option for 0 stars but unfortunately the lowest score is one star!
