DoubleList was easy to navigate, so finding nearby people felt simple for casual browsing. Outdated ads made the layout messy, but it still worked well enough.
Never works, always asks to upgrade when I already paid till March next year!!!
if youre a straight female, dont expect much. I've had 2 accounts get canceled and on my current account all my posts get flagged. ive read and familiarized myself w tje guidelines and nowhere am I violating them! even when I pay for the app it does this, so I wont be giving them another dollar
I use it to meet others who enjoy more specific interests, and that part has been helpful. The platform is not fancy, but it gives people space to be direct. I had better conversations here than I expected.
I signed up as a busy student, and DoubleList made casual local connections feel possible again.
Doublelist feels nostalgic, almost like browsing old classifieds, but that is part of why I liked it. It is direct, simple, and not overloaded with features. Some posts need filtering, but I still found real people nearby.
Great effecient app so far! 👍
I tried Doublelist on my phone mostly out of boredom, not expecting much at first. The app felt simple enough to browse, and I ended up chatting with someone nearby who actually kept the conversation fun. We met around a familiar pizza place, and it turned a boring weekend into something memorable. It still takes some filtering, but overall, I had a surprisingly good experience.
Doublelist looked simple but still worked well, so I got a few genuine replies after some missed messages. It takes patience but open-minded users may find real meetups.

“The design is simple, but that actually made it easier to focus.”
“also, it feels safe, meaning I don't think there's any bad people just trying to trick you and then kill you.”
