There's a lot going on in this app. All I need is Mountaineer Gas bill and we have to jump through hoops to get there

the update is terrible I can not find where to view my bill . I will definitely be discontinuing use of this app

Very hard to use. Help ai isn’t helpful. No one to talk to. Wanting to sign up but not working.

decent up till last update, won't work now. I even paid for plus version. tried to cancel but literally everything from paying bills to canceling the plus I get - something went wrong. bunk. why would you fix something that wasn't broken.

this company/ app is a hunk of garbage. between the utility company website and their garbage app, I got into a loop just trying to view my bill. I click view my bill on the website, app opens asking me to go paperless, click ok, then it asks for my account number, for an account thats already set up and registered. so, enter the account number and it makes a second account, and I still cant view the bill on either one, it still asks for my account number. worthless trash made by a 3rd grader.
