I wanted my parcel delivered the next day (Saturday)which apparently wasn't possible and I needed it for the Sunday for an electrician to fit the item...DPD are a complete waste of time because I've now got to cancel the electrician if I want it fitted or try doing something else..not a clue what though
I received a notification today advising that my parcel was due to be delivered, along with a code to give to the driver. However, the parcel never arrived. The tracking information says the driver was unable to deliver it because they could not find the address, but provides no further details about when delivery will be attempted again. My full address and postcode are clearly provided, and I live in a central location on a main road. The address is easy to find on Google Maps.
Just useless, the drivers outright lie about trying your door. I have a Ring doorbell and watch it live during the delivery window. Typical usual 'punters' as well, somehow allowed to carry knives legally *rolls eyes*. I avoid any sellers which use DPD.
Driver didn't press the intercom to state they had arrived, just took a picture of my front door and left. Then they won't come back when they're at fault, or 2 minutes away. So far the service is terrible!
Thank you for updating me for not being able to deliver my parcel today. I'm sorry that my delivery driver wasn't able to make it today! I was home all day awaiting my parcel delivery, unfortunately it wasn't to be today. Hopefully it will be here on Monday.
avoid DPD, they have left a packages in their depot for more then 3 days. 1 mile from there delivery spot. called for update. rude and unhelpful customer help desk my honest feedback: avoid this company.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I thought there had to be a contact point, no help in chat, the phone, all automated junk!! where the f'ing hell is a phone number to call a person,...useless @holes!!!!!
I'd prefer a satellite map
appauling service cant speak to anyone won't use them again
Useless and unreliable service! not only is the app not good, but DPD is the worst delivery service ever! the driver constantly rejects delivering and taking an unclear picture on nowhere uploading as evidence for not being able to deliver!
