Pathetic people.... I removed money from my credit card for emergency to pay someone. Now my money is stuck in cred wallet where they ask me to wait till next month and I've 5lac limit for this month. Pathetic. U guys don't understand emergency. Useless.

The worst support. I don't know why they think AI can do everything. For gods sake, train your AI assistant to connect to a human executive if customer is asking for one instead of just going round and round.
