The API calls are lagging. We need a way to text from a personal number and just screenshot or upload those to the customer's folder. If you need help figuring out how to build that into the app, let me know; I’ll be here all week. As someone who uses this program, I have to say the layout and workflow are pretty rough. It really should function like a standard messaging app instead of how it's currently set up. messages shouldn't be in activity. it should have a messenger panel not activity.
