No way to contact customer service if you have questions or concerns or when they are going to approve your documents! They want you to rate a non existent chat that hasn't even happened yet! So what's the point of having this app if there is no customer service for the driver or rider that you can talk to! and i havent seen a request come through in almosy 2 years of having this app
