Creat Account button just opens a webpage that tells you to download the app and create an account. Can't even know if this is good or not because it's litterally impossible to create an account.

Entire system rigged and unfair. Trips assigned directly to certain drivers. Toxic, racist violent drivers never disciplined or removed from platform. $15k deductible they hold drivers responsible for,, even if its not their fault. The pay is $17.50 or $20 for DOT trips based off Google maps flatrate and is ALWAYS atleast 10-20% less than that. Any other driveway conpany pays 200% more.

app is buggy and support is poor across the board
This review has cost me money trips will literally disappear off app now...Draiver retaliation practices are REAL and, I try and start the week on a high note ready to take whatever trips available and usually end up seeing nothing worth my time so I shut it down and go run for THE 1987 GROUP a MUCH better company

im trying to create account. i fill out all the information correctly and hit continue. it keeps telling me they cannot update my registration. what am i doing wrong?
Be aware that this app asks for your social security info. It does not describe in the terms how it will use your info and gives you no safeguards for your personal information. And in addition after filling out all the information there is no guarantee that you will be given any work at all. There are no live people and no customer service to ask questions.

pay is very low. one time they left me stranded in the San Francisco Airport. had to purchase my own ticket back home. the ticket was $300. they had only paid me $250 for the trip. I contacted Draiver support, spent lots of hours with them on the phone. sent a bunch of emails but never got a refund for the money I had to spend on the flight ticket. Pay is also really bad. They had a trip from Portland OR to Klamath falls OR - 568 miles round trip, 11 hours at .25 cents a mile,$140=$13/h

Dravier required me to pay $109 for a medical card. After paying, I waited 72 hours but received no confirmation or instructions on where or how to complete the medical exam. I called and emailed multiple times but only received repetitive AI-generated responses that did not address my concerns. The $109 was withdrawn from my account, but I still received no assistance or service.
