keeps on crashing while I'm trying to learn my way around and make my first mind map. cancelling trial. the phone UI you even gave me a pop-up to clear the cache after 10 minutes of using it, then my phone told me the devs need to fix a bug

not good for mindmap. crashes on tablet. on phone resizing branches glitches out doing the same can't read text?

I was familiar with IMindmapfor some years and it was a little clunky but it served the purpose. I find the curent whiteboard not quite as good as Miro. The collaboration could be improved. The Ayoa Mindmap is great! The ability to take whiteboard notes to Mindmap idea and plan tasks and collate them in the mindmap works really well. Outlook integration works well. My only gripe is that sometimes there are too many clicks invloved whereas a quick key or better menu could help.

Mentre su Mac o su PC l'applicazione è ottima sul mio Samsung T9 ed S23Ultra Android aggiornati è impossibile usare Ayoa: va sempre in crash, appena sposto un ramo, oppure se cerco di cambiare le dimensioni di un ramo a cassetto. Non gestisce bene lo sfondo Dark, quindi, mentre la mappa è a sfondo scuro, appena scrivo qualcosa torna lo sfondo chiaro che flasha gli occhi. Appena scrivo qualcosa o edito, cambia l'orientazione della mappa. Quindi devo riorientarla orizzontalmente

Requiring registration, personalization, and a trial to evaluate the app is very frustrating. If users dislike the features or flow, they still unboard/unsubscribe manually. Worst of all, clear pricing stays partly hidden until the final step which makes it feel like customer experience comes second to conversion methods. I genuinely like the app itself, which is why these practices annoy me. The 'no payment' trial is the one redeeming quality that led me to feel a one-star review is too cruel.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry the onboarding felt frustrating. Registration helps us personalise your experience and sync across devices. Our free trial doesn't require card details, so there's nothing to cancel unless you choose to upgrade. The final price matches what's shown earlier in onboarding, just has an added VAT breakdown.
Poor. Very money focused with little benefit. Messy. They seem to want a subscription for everything, and don't allow even minimal organising without paying. Site is confusing anyway, and badly thought through. Worth avoiding
