Bajaj Health - for Doctor

They are fraudsters and scammers. They got money from the patient but didnt credit us. Not worthy for 1star even.

very bad customer service. after giving all the important personel documents no response from their side. even 1star is not worthy

Bajaj is the worst app. I subscribed to their basic plan in December last year for ₹8,000 for one year. I received my last appointment from their platform in January, and since mid-January, I have not received a single appointment or instant consultation through the app. I have raised multiple complaints through the app and spoken to several people from their team. Every time, I was told,“Yes ma’am, we’ll look into it ”but nothing was ever resolved. Doctors,please don’t waste your money on this.

never getting a good response from the relationship manager

bogus app doesnt work for doctor we can add or remove anything payments are never done and booking timing shared so many times no use

I have opted for PMS Services and my subscription was activated on 7th July 2026 and my Clinic details and my Speciality is not updated,I have send grievance email on 15th July 2026 and still it is not updated, even RM number is not mentioned. I am very much disappointed and will give 0 star to there services

It's a pathetic experience after buying a select plan. The RM Sushant Sharma primarily said that my profile will take 15 days to develop but still it's past 2 months it's not developed properly. some times clinic address changes itself, signature changes repeatedly, appointment setting changed regularly. when I contacted coustomer service they said that send a mail regarding this , but mail is not sending it's remained in queue. No one responded properly. Baja is snatching money from us .

0 customer support, my app is not working properly it's been a month I have been texting the agent and every alternate day, she is just reading and ignoring messages, plus I called the chatted with the virtual assistant the didn't assign me a agent for 1 hour, I tried to request a call they said in 15 mins call will come it's been a day now still no call.

only because I can't give a zero star, i try to register but keep coming back as user already exists, so try loging in but then user does not exist.
