disappointed having only used the app once, I followed a QR code to get the app and a promised 10% off, which I did, yet still I had to go out of my way to find the voucher as it did not auto apply to my basket, copy the code and then apply it to get my 10% - worse still, a double negative on the privacy tick box on checkout, sneaky underhanded company

please discuss with CREATION credit application, the site needs regular testing, some technical glitches which nearly stop me to complete the transaction.
