telecommunication service that customer care is always offline. I've funded my account twice none reflected☹️☹️☹️.
The app is very slow and always having network issues..... I have been frustrated countless times on the app, I can't even buy airtime nor data anymore..... And this is actually the first time, I don't even see any cheap data 😔

poor network service
Very horrible app, always has network issues. It has debited me on three occasions without funding my wallet and their customer care is so bad that there is no hope of being replied to or getting your money back, this is my last time using this app 😡😡

There are really cheap data but... The app is always having network issues. Imagine funding your wallet and it didn't go through meanwhile you were debited by your bank.The customer service is poor I texted the costumer care for a issue and it took two days for them to reply without even refunding my money or putting it in my wallet.

Very good for fast and reliable airtime purchase
Very bad app consumer care does not reply on time Money keeps hanging no service in some network I was referred but this is a scam app

Potential scam. Don't fund the wallet anymore, you won't be credited and customer service won't do anything about it. I repeat do not fund the wallet bcos you won't be credited
