No longer works with my Android device, and can no longer use alexa to control the fan.

Nope, nothing. It is not able to connect a Whisper Flex fan to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. And yes, I made sure my phone was connected specifically to a 2.4 GHz network. Useless.

downloaded the other app, tried to add my whisper flex but because the serial number starts with 21 I needed to download this one yet when adding the fan it allows 3 minutes to detect and set up but the fan times out before this! I had high hopes for being able to turn my fan on to cool the room down before I go to bed, from the app or with Alexa.... Disgusting with how much it cost me! very disappointed!

The Duux Beam humidifier emits mist upwards which then falls on and around the unit. Therefore the temperature and humidity readings are nonsense. A digital thermometer/hygrometer placed about 12 inches away displays the humidity as 8% lower than that indicated on the Beam and 4 or 5 degrees centigrade higher. If I turn the Beam right down to minimum eventually the displayed readings agree with the digital meter. The app could be labelled better to let you know what the humidity actually is.

Do not buy anything from this company. You have been warned

All of a sudden my fan was missing. Could not re-add it. Switched to "Smart Life" app instead and it worked immediately!
