Melissa, thank you so much! So glad you're loving the variety and finding it worth it. Welcome to better rest! 💛
you have to pay upfront before you hear or see anything in the app. sucks.
Developer reply
Thanks so much for your feedback! Just to clarify, all users get a 7 day free trial with full access to premium features before any payment is required. If you'd like a longer trial to see if Dwellspring works for you, email support@dwellspring.io and we're happy to help. 🙏
Couldn't even attempt to use without subscribing. Rather misleading to not announce the entire app being hidden by paywall.
Developer reply
Thanks so much for your feedback, Caleb! We want to clarify that Dwellspring offers a full 7 day free trial, so you can try all of the premium features before deciding whether to subscribe. We're sorry if that wasn't clear during signup. If you have any trouble finding the trial, reach out to support@dwellspring.io, we'd love to help! 🧡
can't get the app to work, it won't load the button to 'try free for 7 days' and I remember when this app didn't have a compulsory payment
Developer reply
Thanks so much for reaching out, Adam! We're sorry to hear the free trial button isn't loading for you. That's not the experience we want. All users have access to a 7-day free trial with no upfront payment. Please email support@dwellspring.io and we'll make sure you're taken care of! 🙏
keeps shutting off in the middle of the night and I end up waking up and having to turn it back on. last night I had to do twice
Developer reply
Thanks so much for reaching out, Evaleisa! That sounds really frustrating, especially when you're counting on it for sleep. This can sometimes be caused by Android battery optimization putting the app to sleep. Please email us at support@dwellspring.io with your device model, and we'll get to the bottom of it for you!🙏
5 Star service but a broken app. update 6/18/26 product does not work on my pixel device but works on other brand smartphones. sounds just stop playing. Updated review: They have been super responsive helping me with the app and to be honest I love mixing my own sounds. One area that would be cool is to select the speed the sounds move from left to right channels. I honestly love the app and the sounds you can make with it.

Thanks for the update, Zach, and for the kind words about our support. We hear you on the Pixel issue. Sounds stopping is not the experience you should be having. Reach out to mailto:support@dwellspring.io with your Pixel model and Android version so we can investigate further. 💜
I'm pretty annoyed I paid for a year of this and I can't use it. It has barely any functionality with Google Cast/speakers. It constantly cuts out, which wakes me up over and over. I shouldn't have to buy Alexa, or anything else to use this app. To reply to the ridiculous comment from devs: I'm not going to use this app from my phone, I want to listen to it on speakers and I have seen you reply to other saying chrome cast support is coming, for over a year now. Seems like a lot of lies.
Developer reply
Thanks for the follow up. You're right that Google Cast isn't available yet. We're a small, self-funded team and building new features takes time. We understand that's frustrating when you've paid for something that doesn't fit your setup. If you reach out to support@dwellspring.io, we're happy to work with you on your subscription. 🧡
Locked behind a pay wall which is disappointing. Wanted to link the app to my Alexa device and free up my Spotify. But nope, app not free. I'll continue to listen to it on Spotify which I already pay for.

worth every penny ...could be better if had Google home as well as Alexa integration in the app.

Love hearing this, Drisco! So glad the app has found a home in your routine. Google Home integration is a great idea - we've been hearing that one more and more, and it's definitely on our radar. Thanks for sticking with us! 💜
