I've never seen an app more determined to not work. Every. Single. Time. I open this barely functioning app I am prompted to relaunch and often I have to do it multiple times until it lets me in. Even when I do get it it's super laggy, there isn't anything that should be lagging this app, all actions in app are just pressing buttons and scheduling appointments. My college forces us to use this app. I wish it didn't.

app is trash and needs to be deleted from the store unable to complete first task due to an empty list I can't choose from

calendar does not import properly to Samsung calendar. app is laggy and crashes often.

terrible app, barley works. slowest most unoptimized app i've ever seen. buttons will just stop working. galaxy s26 ultra.

As an older student who is returning for education I have to say this was the most frustrating and disappointing aspect of the entire university process. I'm quite literally contemplating leaving this university for another that doesn't use this system. I can't even schedule an appointment for advising. I may only be at midlife but this app made me feel like I was 80. I couldn't find anything even with search and going through every tab. Find out if the school you want to attend uses this FIRST.

Staff support! Please add faculty/staff accounts. If students can schedule appointments this conveniently, then staff should be able to manage these appointments on our mobiles just as well! We're always on-the-go and I would like to quickly manage my appointments.
