This app has been so helpful for feeding my picky toddler. Lots of features that I love - ideas for an entire meal (not just individual recipes), food of the week, clear concise articles written by experts. It really streamlines feeding your child - I was overwhelmed by all the info online so it's helpful to just use the app to guide me. Their approach makes me feel confident I'm giving my son enough safe foods, as well as exposure to new foods. Highly recommend (wish I'd discovered it sooner)!

This app is fantastic for helping adults explore how to involve children in family style meals. There are lots of tips and amendments for meals, as well as explanations on how to deal with sweet treats. If you want tips on exposing your child to different foods, this is the app to get!
