overcharged me, keep trying to get $ after canceling. never used any service they offered.
it is resonably priced for extended warranty
I have had this app and the services now for a few months and can't seem to log into anything please fix it would sure be nice to be able to locate my account settings and see what all is going on with my account that I'm paying for
took 5 months to get my truck fixed
I paid for over one year. I called three times and each time I received no help. I was told to call somewhere else and pay them and maybe I could get a refund. I warn anyone who is looking for a reliable company not to use this one. I requested my money back and didn’t get anything. I would love to sue them.
website and app are poop.... both are barely functional and have been having issues with both for the last year now... phone service improved but the app still reports my account as not having a policy even though I'm billed monthly.
they say one thing and do NOT follow through with there words or promises
no one heard of them for 1. 2 no one can ever get in contact with them. 3 their over charging ppl. 4 hard to 📂 fail a claim.
they are LIARS, they do not pay a fkn thing! you file a claim, oops sorry thats not covered, I paid out of pocket, to get my AC fixed out in Moab Utah!!!! SCAM
