Scam app promises cashbacks but never received a cashback till now. It takes all the user details and never provides any value

I love using the Rakuten app but have serious problems shopping on some sites, such as StubHub and Viator. I can search for the event I want and see it in the app, but then I can't actually click into the event to make the purchase. I tap and nothing happens. I end up not buying anything because of this, even though I want to! Please fix this problem.

this appears to be a scam. I made my purchase months ago and never saw the cash back. simply pending until it disappeared.
