***SCAM***DO NOT USEdo not use the machine tales your phone and they will not pay you. they will lie and say the process wasn't complete and the have to wait until phone reaches their warehouse.. and that can take weeks to months ... these are a scam to steal your phones. the stole my phone and refused to pay me...

Even though I got a quote on this app and locked the price in, it was completely different than what came up at the kiosk! Total screw-over if you ask me! They put that feature on the app and you go through it and it gives you a great price and they even have a "Lock the price in" setting, but I have NO idea why because whenever you go to the local kiosk, and you go to the spot where you type in the "locked in price" Code and even after you do all that, you get a different price!!
