this app is great when it works. the new 2.0 update helps more communication of time on tickets. but its super touchy on connection. you will have 3/5 bars on 5G and things will fail to load.
Have to re-download constantly. Just crashes and spins wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Bad. Areally Bad. I RATE THE THE WOREST MOBILE APP I have ever used. Gets worse ever time. I may have to use it. I drop the custome because they require the use if the app. Man it that bad

Images fail to upload. When they do work, it takes a very long time to upload them. Filter never wants to work properly. You can tell it to only show open work orders but it will instead selectively remove SOME completed ones and leave the rest jumbled in. Options disappear whenever they want. and there is no way to be alerted of a comment made on a work order. You MAY get the notification, but clicking it does not open that particular work order, so if you get a comment, you'll never know.

Worst tech track software and support - as a technician using this for a customer it's a miracle if the app connects. Technical support is useless

The old version was better. You just made it more difficult to do the exact same thing.

Constantly displays a popup for downloading a new version of the app. And when I click on it, it directs me to the version I already have downloaded.

once Work overis accepted it disappear off of the app app. Crashes not reliable
