Easy to use and offers a variety of options. I really like the flexibility because I can use this as a challenge while also maintaining a high training level instead of just junk volume for the sake of volume..

this app is genuinely motivating I've only been using it for over a week and I feel so good, you don't have to pay when you start a plan there is an option to pay but I'm perfectly fine with what I'm doin!

There is nothing free or free version about this app. The minute you answer the questions, they want payment. Never using this.

The PRO screen after the questions can be closed with the X at the top right after a few seconds, and you can keep using the app for free with one challenge at a time. only just started using it for a few days, but even free it's so easy to use and even customize entirely. I wrote a 75 hard program with almost all completely custom tasks, and you can choose to run the course hard (so you reset if you skip a day) or easy (where you can continue the challenge if you skip it). looking forward to getting a lot out of my life in the next 75 days :> thank you so much for this app! <3
