While signing up, I have realised it doesn't accommodate children born from 2023. It's just from 2013-2022

We regret the inconvenience you had to face. This is by design for now while we work on building a curriculum for younger learners on the app. We will be sure to let you know once we have the proper reading materials for your 3 year old. 🙏
audio is coming out as phone call audio so volume is very muted. please reclassify audio as media playback to open up the volume level. this is on a Samsung tablet running android 16.

Hi Kevin, thanks for this suggestion. Unfortunately this is a limitation of the OS. That is what lets us remove background noise and provide echo cancellation. It's similar to the audio quality you get when on a video call. We cannot classify audio output as media, otherwise it would interfere with the child speech. Wish we could do more here.
