PipeSizer 1.2.0 improves tablet and large-screen layouts, preserves saved results when updating, and adds usability and stability refinements.
Select pipe diameters using traceable velocity ranges for liquids and slurries.
PipeSizer screens nominal pipe diameters from flow rate, pipe material, schedule or DR, optional liner allowance, and unit system. It ranks candidates by calculated velocity and shows effective internal diameter, traceable recommended velocity ranges, status, and nearby options for comparison. Features include sizing for clean water, process fluids, slurry, and utility lines; carbon steel, stainless steel, and HDPE; SI and Imperial units; saved results; and transfer of a selected pipe size to Pump Mate when installed. Core sizing and saved results work offline after installation. PipeSizer is free and has no in-app purchases. Optional network services, such as diagnostics or update checks, require a connection. PipeSizer is an engineering screening aid, not a final design. Verify final selections against project criteria, applicable codes, manufacturer data, and qualified engineering review.
