Slurry pipeline calculations
SlurryBase is a logbook for Material Records and indicative slurry pipeline calculations. Organize Project → Site → Service → Slurry records and review model applicability, assumptions, citations, warnings, and input basis. For settling slurry, the automatic policy uses equivalent fluid below critical LDV, a disclosed transition blend through the safety band, and GIW 4-component where its source-audited input policy applies. Outside that policy, uncorrected equivalent fluid remains a screening fallback. Durand is a comparison/manual option, as is the simplified two-regime settling comparison retained for saved-data compatibility; the full DHLLDV framework is not implemented. Bingham and Herschel-Bulkley paths are available for their stated inputs. Compare Calculation Cases and export PDF/CSV datasheets that retain their evidence context. Results require verification against project standards and expert review before design. Engineering records stay on your device and calculations work offline. Purchases, restore, update checks, and external links require connectivity.
