Block spam calls and telemarketing. No ads, no account, no internet access.
Stop Calling Me is a call blocker for spam calls and telemarketing. The app has no internet access and no access to your contacts. No account, no ads. Unwanted calls are rejected before your phone rings. You choose what to block: your own prefixes, hidden numbers, or every number that is not in your contacts. WHAT YOU CAN BLOCK Your own prefixes, entered as 0162, +33162, +44 or 0033. A prefix can be one full phone number or a whole country code. The app warns you when a prefix covers a large number of phone numbers. Unknown callers, meaning calls from a hidden or private number. Numbers that are not in your contacts. Calls from your contacts are never blocked: Android does not pass them to the app, so it never needs to read your address book. On first launch, Android asks you to let Stop Calling Me screen your calls. A switch at the top of the screen pauses blocking when you are expecting an important call. A blocked call does not ring, does not show a notification and does not appear in your call log. You can find it in the app's history. HISTORY Every blocked call shows up with its number, its date and the rule that stopped it. A counter shows the total since the last reset, and you can clear the list whenever you want. IN FRANCE: ARCEP PREFIXES AND THE END OF BLOCTEL The 12 prefixes that the French regulator ARCEP reserves for automated telemarketing are already in the list and turned on by default: 0162, 0163, 0270, 0271, 0377, 0378, 0424, 0425, 0568, 0569, 0948 and 0949. They only match French numbers. Since August 11, 2026, French law has banned telemarketing calls to people who have not given their prior consent (Law No. 2025-594 of June 30, 2025), and the Bloctel opt-out list has been shut down. Some calls are still allowed, such as calls about a contract you already have, and not every telemarketer follows the law. Stop Calling Me cannot tell whether you agreed to a call. It blocks by prefix and by the rules you turn on, so a telemarketer calling from an ordinary number gets through unless you block numbers outside your contacts or add that number. The app has no connection with Bloctel or any government body. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO It does not request internet permission, so it has no technical way to send anything anywhere. There is no spam number database to download either: filtering relies only on the prefixes and rules you turn on. No ads, no trackers, no account to create. Your prefixes and your history stay on the phone. They are excluded from automatic backups, so they never travel up to your Google account. The app is free, with no in-app purchases. If it is useful to you, the "Buy a coffee" button lets you support its development. Published by Emaginer.
