EMS Mobile is the companion app for the EMS (Employee Management System). It helps employees and managers handle daily HR tasks quickly and securely from their phones. Key features • Attendance & check‑in – Mark attendance directly from your device, with location‑aware check‑ins (if enabled by your organization). • Leave management – Submit leave requests, view approvals, and check remaining leave balance in one place. • Shift details – View assigned shifts and timing so you always know when and where you’re scheduled to work. • Notifications – Get instant alerts for approvals, rejections, announcements, and important updates from your organization. • Profile & records – Access your basic employee information and key records on the go. Who can use EMS Mobile? EMS Mobile is intended for organizations that use the EMS web platform. You’ll need a valid EMS account provided by your HR or administrator to sign in. If your company is not using EMS, you won’t be able to log in. Privacy & security EMS Mobile uses secure communication with your organization’s EMS backend. Location and notification permissions are only used for attendance and alert features when enabled by your organization’s policies.
