30-day martial arts fitness at home. Boxing drills and sport self-defense.
Combat Training is a home fitness and martial-arts sport app for structured solo practice. Use it for boxing-style movement, kickboxing fitness, shadow boxing, stance work, footwork, and controlled self-defense drills in a clear room. The aim is better form, balance, timing, and conditioning. This is athletic training only. If you want a martial arts training app, a boxing workout at home, beginner martial arts practice, or a 30-day combat sports fitness plan, start here without an account. Choose beginner or intermediate, pick a language, read the safety notes, and open Day 1. WHAT YOU PRACTICE Each training day, except rest days, follows a simple sport structure: two warm-up drills such as fighting stance, footwork, or lateral movement; two fitness drills that build rhythm and control; and three martial-arts skill drills such as jab, cross, hook, front kick, basic blocking, parrying, or shadow boxing. Rest days fall on days 7, 14, 21, and 28. Recovery is part of a real martial arts fitness program. The exercise library includes twenty demonstration drills you can search and browse for extra practice. Some videos are stored in the app. Others download from our training server when you open that drill. SELF-DEFENSE, FRAMED AS SPORT A small set of drills covers breakfall, wrist-grab escape, and bear-hug escape. These are controlled patterns for awareness and movement. Every self-defense drill ends with creating space and leaving. Do not use this training to start or escalate a confrontation. If you feel unsafe in real life, leave, get help, and contact local authorities. If you do not have a mat, replace breakfall work from Settings so you are not forced into floor impact. FEATURES A 30-day martial arts fitness program with planned rest days. Beginner and intermediate levels. Exercise library with search. Demonstration videos. Local progress, completed days, streak, and simple charts. Adjustable rest timer between drills, including skip. Optional daily reminders. Dark mode and twenty interface languages. Written safety notes and a written privacy policy inside the app. No login, no community, and no cloud training profile. HOW A WEEK LOOKS Preview the day, then start. Watch the demo, follow the steps, rest, and move to the next drill. Mark the day complete when you finish. Your streak and charts stay on this device. You can review completed days. Future days stay in order so you train progressively. WHO IT IS FOR Combat Training is for teens and adults who want martial arts fitness at home, boxing-style conditioning, or a clear beginner path. Intermediate users can follow the same 30-day structure. Children should train only with a parent or coach. The app is not directed at children under 13. WHAT THIS APP IS NOT Combat Training is not a street-fighting course. It does not teach weapons. It does not teach how to attack people or how to win a fight. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. It is not a social network and does not require an account. SAFETY Train in a clear, well-lit space. Keep pets, furniture, and glass out of range. Use a mat for breakfalls. Start light and focus on form. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified doctor before you start if you are injured, pregnant, or have a medical condition. PRIVACY AND ADS No account is required. Training progress, language, level, and reminder settings stay on your device. Workout videos may load from our content server. The app may show Google AdMob ads and may use Google Firebase for remote settings, diagnostics, and optional notifications. We do not sell your personal data. Read the full written privacy policy in Settings. The interface is available in English, Arabic, and many other languages. Start with stance and footwork. Add punches and kicks only when the base is steady. Treat every session as sport practice. Train. Move. Improve.
