I love this app..I use it everyday in practice.
This is a great resource for information. I use it daily and recommend it to my students.
I use epocrates every day in clinical practice. I like how quick I can find medication information and dosing guidelines. I also use it to look up disease management. I need to learn more about its other features but I am sure they are useful.
Great value with excellent evidence based practice recommendations and up-to-date research at your fingertips. I have had Epocrates for 18 years and use it regularly to stay up-to-date on medical management practices. Dr. Michele Donoghue
I have been using this website/app for at least 12 years -first as an RN and now as a nurse practitioner. It's helpful in exploring diseases and pathology, investigating differential diagnoses and treatments, and a must-have for checking medication effects and dosages. Pediatric dosage calculator is handy.

Excellent resource. Having it available on any platform I need it is great as well.
Information is easy to find and up to date. However, recently added soonsored ads make it hard to quickly get to the information I need. I pay too much for Epocrates to navigate ads. It is yet another barrier in my day. I am beyond disappointed.

There was a time where this was the best drug app. I have been using it for 25y. I hate that now half the time when I open it I get the spinning circle of death waiting for the app to update. Takes at least 30s. Why can't it update randomly during the day when it's not open so that I can actually do patient care in a timely fashion? also, I use it as a drug reference. I have zero interest in any news articles that it has. It can't even do its basic function job.
