the absolute pinnacle of frustration! useless outdated app for a useless outdated product. bought the es-60w a £118 scanner that still uses micro usb in 2024. this app doesn't find or connect to the scanner on multiple phones despite resetting the device. Epson should be ashamed of themselves
not working for me
only works with stand alone scanners
The app is fine. It does work, but in EVERY step it wants to reconnect though it is directly connected. I will try to request fixes, and would be happy to help!
Does not support Epson All-in-one scanners
One star is too much for this review. I have been unable to scan a death certificate to my desktop computer since there is no USB port on the printer.
too many Epson apps and they don't work
They recently forced an update and the printer is now worthless because they want you to but their ink cartridges. it's going on the trash and I'm buying a different brand
