Equitable Mobile App

Nothing works. Does nobody QA this app? Can't download anything, every page loads several seconds after selecting. Literally can accomplish nothing in this app.

This app isn't even compatible with my device anymore. I looked for the update and can't even find it.

App does not allow you to download ID cards even though the prompt is there to let you do so. Then the security questions when you attempt to reset your password do not accept the correct answers. App is broken.

Says my phone does not support this app any longer and won't open on my Samsung tablet. I have no access to my retirement info.

It was working fine but it forced me to update and now it won't load. I can "log in" but then it just tries to load. Oddly enough I tried to sign in online and the same thing is happening.

The app was updated and made incompatible with my Samsung 5g phone. There's no useful update or alternative. Really lame.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company.This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had trying to withdraw my own money. Your website is equally frustrating, especially when trying to verify a bank account for direct deposit. My bank is a major U.S. bank, yet your system repeatedly fails to verify it. I even provided a voided check containing my name, address, routing number, and account number, as requested. Despite that, the bank verify still unverify ? hey developer ?

I really hope they figure out how to actually use their own app because all it does is sign me in but I can't see anything.

Works for a few months and then stops working for a few months. If you expect to be able to see your finances on demand, this is not the app for you.
