"I am quite disappointed with the bank's services. Proper assistance or support is not provided in a timely manner. Even after lodging a complaint, there is a lack of cooperation in resolving the issue. Improvements are needed in the customer support and grievance redressal systems. In my experience, the service has been very poor, and I am not at all satisfied."
