activation code doesnt work
Tried to download the app as I'm relocating for work soon. App does not work. I entered the code it gave me in the browser and now when I open the app, it just sits on the "Preparing for Product Activation" screen and does nothing else.

Doesn't load. This is the second time I've tried to install this year and both times it didn't work. I'm trying to use as I'm relocating again and the mobile app doesn't work. Disappointed I have to use the web version.
Doesn't work on Android. Stuck preparing for product activation, wouldn't open
