Definitely an improvement over the old app. The ability to monitor sensors for testing is very useful. It doesn't show motion sensors though which is disappointing. Having used it for a while now can I suggest some improvements: 1. Entry delay. 2. Entry/Exit zone. Where the sensors in the zone can be triggered during arming without causing an alarm. 3. Visual indications on hub leds and possibly keyfobs of current alarm status. I realise this also may need hardware and firmware changes.

the hub doesn't work anymore
App was working fine till recent update... why change it for the worse? Especially when no UI, no new features nothing really changed. The app just got slower to start, slower for hub to acknowledge arm and disarm, notifications come delayed... 4+ years using it I was very happy with it and now what a disappointment. Please revert or fix it! or else I'm just going to give up ERA system and move to Yale.
excellent app and working fine with my camera setup.
it's ok, but needs to be refined. The camera icon to turn the camera ON/OFF and view the videos should be separated. on a small screen you may turn off the camera instead of viewing videos. The night vision option OFF/Auto doesn't show Auto when selected.
Find Era Smart Home very good.We have a security second to none, especially when away from home. If anybody is about it lets us know straight away and we can see clearly on our phones exactly what is happening.

Have been forced onto this app as ERA Protect is bring discontinued definitely a step backwards, very poor interface!
