Wing Man support is trash! Get better field support Carrier, this is garbage. I'll stick to selling Daikin

great to have especially for warranty and parts

I am an HVAC technician and sell Carrier controls and equipment. This app is garbage, Wingman tech support is the worst and tech support doesn't respond for days at a time.
