CyclePay - Laundry App

The only front loader W07 is leaking all over the floor. Newly installed and my first time using.

the very notion of needing mobile data or wifi to wash my clothes is ridiculous. thanks you to my new property management company for making this change unilaterally, I really wanted to waste an extra ten minutes and spend 5 bucks for every tiny load I run.

The worst..get bounced out regularly..we have to pressure our buildings to get rid of this horrible app..

It is convenient to have I will say that

the time on the app vs the machines time is inaccurate, the app says the machine completed the cycle but the machines still has 10 minutes left to finish

It worked, but it will crash upon processing payment so I need to reopen it. it also doesn't save payment info making it less convenient that just paying with your card. Only useful if the card readers aren't working

easy to use. app download and Bluetooth is necessary to operate machines. any issue I've had with the machines someone was readily available to answer questions and fix the issue promptly.

app glitches and takes money when it says it didnt

why do i have to rate something im being forced to use. that had issues and was provided 0 support for so i had to figure out how to fix it. if i could give u negative stars it would be around -50.

#7 washer won't spin, leading to excessive dryer costs. I'd really like a refund on this.
