Money Tracker is a personal expense tracker and budget planner for people who prefer to enter their own records. Keep income, spending and transfers in one place, choose categories and review monthly totals. There is no account registration or bank connection: you decide which transactions to record and when to add them. MAKE EVERYDAY MONEY RECORDS CLEAR Record a grocery purchase, transport cost, salary or another income item without treating a transfer between your accounts as new income or spending. Add a date and a note so that a brief entry still makes sense when you review it later. Use built-in categories or create your own categories to organize the expenses that matter to you. Your money diary reflects the entries you add; it does not automatically read bank transactions. ACCOUNTS, SEARCH AND MONTHLY TOTALS Keep track of different accounts and record movements between them. Transfers are excluded from income and expense totals, which helps you distinguish moving money from actually spending it. Search your records and filter by transaction type when you want to find a particular entry or review one kind of activity. Monthly totals bring your recorded transactions together for a clearer view of your personal finances. A BUDGET YOU CAN FOLLOW Set a monthly spending limit and check the amount spent and the remaining budget. Use the figures as a reference when planning your next purchase or reviewing the month. For example, record small daily purchases as well as larger bills, then compare the total with the limit you selected. The app is a manual budgeting tool, so its totals depend on the accuracy and completeness of your records. It does not guarantee savings or make financial decisions for you. RECURRING ENTRIES AND MULTIPLE CURRENCIES Schedule entries weekly, monthly or yearly for transactions you expect to repeat. Due records are added when you open the app; this is not an automatic bank payment or a promise that a transaction has occurred. Review your entries against your own records. If you use several currencies, totals are calculated separately for the selected currency. There is no automatic currency conversion, so balances in different currencies should not be read as one converted total. LOCAL RECORDS, EXPORT AND BACKUP Transactions and budgets stay on your device. Export transaction records to CSV when you want to work with a separate table, or create a JSON backup for restoring the app's data. Choose backup and restore files through the Android file picker. Keep a copy yourself before changing phones or uninstalling the app: local storage is not a substitute for a backup. CSV export and JSON backup serve different purposes; a table for reviewing transactions is not the same as a restore file. Treat your exported files as personal financial information and choose where to keep them. A COMFORTABLE DAILY ROUTINE Choose a light or dark theme and use the interface in one of 11 languages. You can build a simple habit: add the records you want to keep, check their dates and categories, review the monthly budget and save a backup when needed. Use notes to give context to transactions and search to find them again. The app suits personal bookkeeping, an everyday spending diary and manual household budget tracking. ADVERTISING AND OPTIONAL REPORTS The app contains Yandex ads: a launch ad after onboarding and a compact banner on the overview screen. An optional rewarded ad unlocks month comparisons and expense breakdowns by category for 7 days. Core income, expense and budget tracking does not require this rewarded ad. Ad availability depends on your network and the provider. Money Tracker does not connect to banks, make payments, offer loans or provide investment advice.
